Terms and Conditions of the ABSHER Card

 

Dear Our Client, we would like to inform you that:

 

Your use of the ABSHER Program Card of Manaseer Oil and Gas Company is an unconditional acknowledgment of all the terms and conditions listed below, and a declaration on your behalf of having read its full text and agreeing to it upon registration in the Program:

 

Definitions:

Company: The Jordanian Modern for Oil & Fuel Services Co., registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade under No. (7842).

 

Client: Any party benefiting from the fuel supply services provided by the Company and an ABSHER card is issued in its name.

 

Terms and Conditions:

 

  1. All the Client’s information shall be completed on the Company's system and the Client will be responsible for the accuracy of such information.
  2. Points will be collected on ABSHER cards through the implementation of a fuel purchase transaction at the fuel dispensing points that the company specify.
  3. The Client may replace the points accumulated on the card in whole or in part as he desires.
  4. The ABSHER Program provides gifts to Clients, as the value of the collected points will be instantly replaced at the Company's website and according to the approved entities for gifts.
  5. The validity period of the points shall be 24 months from the date of asserting the accumulated points on the system and the customer loses his right to claim the replacement of the accumulated points that have expired, and the company has the right to change this validity period.
  6. The Client may replace the collected points on the card within its validity period at the approved shops and stores only, which are announced at the Company’s website and after receiving the gift coupon from the Company’s headquarter.
  7. If the customer has exchanged the points through the website at one of the participating stores and then requested cancellation / he must review the company
  8. If the customer didn’t present the card when he requests to fill, points will not be calculated and customer doesn’t have the right to request the points.
  9. Points will be calculated based on the total number of transactions made by the Client at the end of each refueling.
  10. Awarding transactions will be maximum up to twice per day.
  11. If the card is canceled by the Client without issuing an alternative card, the Client loses its right to claim the value of the collected points on the card after its cancellation.
  12. The gifts and discounts given to the participants in the program may be modified, whereas you can visit the Company's website on a regular basis to see the updates, as the Company is entitled to modify, add or cancel the gifts without the consent of the Client, without having the right to object to such action.
  13.  The ownership of the ABSHAR card belongs to Jordan Modern Oil & Fuel Services Co., as the Company has the right to unilaterally cancel, cease the program, add or amend any condition at any time it deems suitable without any obligation towards the Client or any third party.
  14.  (For customers of accounts receivable), the actual replacement of the points is not calculated in the event that the amounts owed by the customers are not paid, even if the replacement is done electronically
  15. Instant Gifts and discounts shall be based on the availability of those offered on the system or until the quantity runs out of stock.
  16.  If the points are exchanged with a gift, the Client must attend to the Company's headquarters to receive the gift within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of exchange, otherwise, the Company will be entitled to replace or cancel the gift.
  17.  The Client shall return the Card to the Company if the Client does not wish to use it.
  18. There is no charges for issuing the card, and the Card will only be activated after the Client enters all its information on the Company's system.
  19. 18. The Cardholder shall be liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to the Loyalty Card, so that he shall inform the Company of such occurrence as soon as possible. The Cardholder may request to open a New Account upon receipt of the new Abshar Card. The company is entitled to charge the customer a fine for the card instead of a damaged or lost.
  20. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the theft, damage or loss of the Card.
  21. The Company assumes no responsibility for all consequences of any failure that may affect the system, whether direct or indirect.
  22. The Company shall not be held responsible for any cases of fraud or other use that does not comply with the terms and conditions listed herein.
  23. All the terms and conditions set forth herein shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
