Aafaq energy company – Manaseer Oil & Gas announced the full acquisition of the shares of the Central Gas Technology Company (Central Gas), in a new strategic step that reflects the company's orientation towards expansion in various energy sectors within the kingdom.
The acquisition comes as part of a comprehensive plan developed by the company to strengthen its presence in the gas sector and expand its services to include integrated solutions covering the supply chain in the energy sector ,ranging from fuel, liquefied petroleum gas and compressed natural gas, to logistics and technical services.
The company's management confirmed that this step represents a new stage of growth and development within Manaseer energy's path towards diversification and expansion of its business base, which contributes to supporting the national economy and enhancing energy security in Jordan, noting that the company will work to develop business in accordance with the highest standards of safety, efficiency and quality.
