Manaseer Oil & Gas has recently signed a service agreement with the Jordan Oil Terminals Company (JOTC) to ensure the safe storage and handling of octane 90 and octane 95 imported by Manaseer Oil & Gas to Jordan through Aqaba. The agreement was signed by Manaseer Oil & Gas General Manager, Eng. Yasser Al-Manaseer, and JOTC General Manager, Eng. Kholoud Mahasneh, at the Manaseer Oil & Gas headquarter.

Commenting on this step, Eng. Mahasneh elaborated that the agreement represents the cornerstone of a long-term mutual partnership, expressing pride at collaborating with a major national company as Manaseer Oil & Gas that positions the interests of the country and citizens at the forefront of its priorities, while creating a fundamental shift within the oil market through the delivery of premium quality products and services via its gas stations. Eng. Mahasneh reaffirmed JOTC’s commitment to working closely with Manaseer Oil & Gas and other partners to ensure the Jordanian consumer obtains world class gasoline - in accordance with international standards and in compliance with the recently amended local specifications.

Eng. Mahasneh added that JOTC refuses to procure or store any imported fuel that does not conform with Jordanian specifications - noting that the Jordan Institution for Standards and Metrology (JISM) receives the trucks prior to unloading them at its terminals. Moreover, she explained that JOTC provides services to marketing companies in a neutral manner that ensures open terminal access, and confirmed that JOTC will be signing additional agreements with other interested marketing companies based on the same terms and conditions.

In turn, Eng. Al-Manaseer stated that the agreement is testament to Manaseer Oil & Gas’ confidence in the advanced level of the storage and handling services offered by JOTC, which operates in adherence with international best practices for the implementation of health, safety and environment systems. Furthermore, Eng. Manaseer added that despite its recentness within the oil market, JOTC has rapidly proven its significance and ability to gain trust through the reliability and efficiency of its services, in addition to its credibility and professionalism in dealing with clients.

Eng. Al-Manaseer reaffirmed that Manaseer Oil & Gas is keen to deliver best-in-class services and products at its gas stations - on par with top global specifications. In addition, he pledged that all imported petroleum derivatives will continue to meet national standards regarding the contents of manganese, iron and sulfur, which could negatively impact the quality of gasoline - ultimately ensuring the wellbeing of citizens, the conservation of the environment and the longevity of vehicles utilizing Manaseer Oil & Gas products.

Established in 2003, Manaseer Oil & Gas is a subsidiary of Manaseer Group and is considered the first company in the Kingdom to manage a chain of state-of-the-art gas stations that provide exceptional customer experience and adhere to worldwide standards of technology, health, safety and environment.
